Research Profile

Bon Trinh investigates how proteins and RNAs regulate gene activity at the chromatin level in myeloid cell development and disease. His lab combines experimental and computational approaches for genome-wide analyses, studying enhancer and promoter architecture in macrophages and microglia with applications to cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
